Apr 1, 2006; Idaho Falls; MOTORCYCLERS ALERT OTHERS TO WATCH OUT FOR THEM

With spring time underway, bikers are sending the message to motorists to watch out.
To create awareness, the local motorcycle group in Idaho Falls drove their Gold Wings and Harleys right into the grand teton mall where they're on display.

Group members are stationed throughout the mall next to the motorcycles to help answer any questions.

With several motorcycle deaths last year in the state, there is a big push this year to educate the motoring public.

Lee Nelson, Idaho Falls Chapter Director: "We're trying to get the word out now that the bikes are coming back out on the road even though it's snowing today--we're coming back out and we want to get the motorizing public aware. Ya know, try not to run over us and get used to seeing us again."

The show will continue through Sunday at the Grand Teton Mall from 12pm to 6pm. Feel free to ask members how you can get involved with the club.
